About The Client

Telkomsel, as an established and well known company in Indonesia, needed an amplifier in their Employer Branding Strategy. We initiated to provide an integrated marketing solution that includes learning and development.

Problem Statement

We inaugurate talents to help Telkomsel’s Employer Branding project which is implemented through @lifeattelkomsel account. Our main goal was to bring out the potential & harness employees’ ability to create high-quality contents.

Strategy

Short, simple yet effective. That’s our strategy in tackling Telkomsel’s problem. We created a 2 months incubation program, specially designed for 21 chosen employees who passed the curation stage. Then, we assist them throughout the practical training. 

Results

We’ve connected employees across nation through this webinar-formatted program. Even so, we delivered the materials efficiently without compromising the quality of the program itself.
