Problem Statement

%Arabica launched its first official store in Indonesia and continuing the global success, client needed to have a strong communication and activation strategy to build the hype and push consumer’s excitement in Indonesia.

To raise brand awareness and engagement about %Arabica as a global lifestyle brand, creating a new lifestyle to respected target consumers which drives decent revenue performance.

We utilize hybrid strategy from Online to Offline across multi-channel activity. Through various online content, collaboration with hundreds of social influencers and media which drove continuous attention all over possible channels, and in-store improvement services especially in the middle of the pandemic period.
